Born in a Farmer’s Society ,Pradeep as an experimental farmer has successfully conducted various experiments in his fields, his efforts have been recorded by many news channels and many young farmers seek the guidance of him regarding agriculture.
Pradeep has consistently taken up the workers issue in Pune district and has worked on the betterment of workers from both organized and unorganized sector.
Joining politics at an early age, Pradeep could translate his youthful energy and vision into people’s trust and love when he became a member of the Urse Gram Panchayat, Maval in Pune district, later serving as deputy sarpanch. Since then his graph has been on the upwards, which reflects people’s reckoning of him as a man of work.
Through Maharashtra Mazdoor Union, he is advocating for the rights of workers. He is also elected as union’s organizers.
He has a deep interest in wrestling; as a youth, he participated in many competitions, including those at the state level in Maharashtra. Today he mentors aspiring wrestlers.
He has significantly impacted the logistics industry in his capacity as the Director of SLS Logistics.

EDUCATION: An Educated Society will progress on its own, with this thought we are focusing to reach the most vulnerable children with Information and Education. We are providing them stationary and scholarship wherever needed. Also we are focused to setup door step schools where schools are not reachable for small vulnerable children. Also we are focusing to provide computer education and equipment’s in government schools where such facilities are not available. Also we have network of colleges where we are helping in admission processes and fees can be differed for people in need.
EMPLOYMENT: We plan to help various ladies of Gruh-Udyog in selling their items by providing them platform to do the same. Also we plan to provide training to semi skilled workforce to next level and help them uplift themselves and get a better living.
ENVIRONMENT : We plan to create various awareness programs at school , colleges, corporate and public level to conserve rivers and forests along with its flora and fauna. We also plan for program where we will be adopting trees and plants till they are capable to sustain themselves.
